Rethinking Our Path to Mobility
As directed by the Texas Legislature, The Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) serves as a facilitator and coordinator of studies and activities to help ensure that Texans can be actively engaged in determining how the state's most urgent transportation needs will be met, and how they will be paid for.
Material on this web page was developed by TTI to support public education efforts on the state's mobility issues, and it is available for download by anyone wanting to learn more about those issues, or wanting to help others learn more.
The region-specific presentations available here (with an accompanying script) are designed to give Texans a sense of the challenges we face in providing for a reliable transportation system that will support economic prosperity and a high quality of life. A presentation (with script) focusing on our challenges from a business perspective is also available here. TTI will develop additional education tools in the future and will provide those here.
